Published composer, arranger, and classical guitar performer, currently serving as the president of the Fredonia Guitar Society as well as a member of the Fredonia Guitar Quartet (August 2023 - May 2026). Studied guitar with Courtney Gerard Fleming (2016 - 2022), James Piorkowski (2022 - 2024), Felipe Vargas Magdaleno (2024 - 2025), and Dr. Nathan Huvard
(2025 - 2026). Has performed in masterclasses with Bokyung Byun.
He continues to research into microtonality, and where microtonality fits into contemporary music composing. His arrangements have been published by Guitar Chamber Music Press, and his research has been published in collaboration with the International Ekmelic Music Society in Salzburg, Austria by Mackingerverlag.

My guitar was made in 1997 by Jim Holler. His company Trinity guitars was based out of Jamestown, NY and has since closed along with Holler's retirement.
The top is maple with rosewood sides, back, and neck.
I am partial to Augustine Strings and keep my guitar armed with Augustine Strings Regal High Tension; crystal nylon trebles and silver basses.

This guitar's tone has been described by the luthier as well as several professors as Lute-like with a unique brightness. It's volume output is quite high compared to guitars with similar materials; this is no doubt due to Jim Holler's unmatched creativity when creating these works of art.

This piece explores the many definitions/manifestations of the word "hollow." It was inspired by the feeling that one may get while looking deep into a forest from a clearing—imagining the shaded horrors, or mossy-green wonders, that lurk within.
